With the costs of everything rising...I'ld like for people to post here any tips and tricks that you might use for weight training made out out of everyday household items...that are..FREE.

My Tip...You want some hand held weights?

Save your laundry bottles....Fill them with water.

Any one else??

Another good one that ive tried is using a chair for dips..and turning around and using it for pushups.

In the summer..I use old 5 gallon buckets filled with sand..and an old broom handle for a series of exercises.

Who says you need expensive equipment?

I think this is kinda like the laundry detergent one....but I use older dish detergent bottles as hand weights..and I also use them when I walk at times. They are easy to hold..and..FREE
