I really need to start doing some weight training. Although I know that aerobic exercise is important, nothing makes me feel better than weight training. For a long time, though, I've been neglecting my weight training. I don't have a weight bench anymore - it won't fit where I live now - and sometimes I think it was looking at that weight bench that gave me inspiration every day. Anybody have any motivation suggestions?

As I'm sure you know, cardio isn't enough. We need weight training too. Can you get some resistance bands or free weights instead of your bench? Maybe just use canned food in the kitchen. There's lots of ways to get the benefits without filling your home with equipment.

I'll agree with Crissy here...you dont need weights..or a bench.. Use ordinary things around the house..do pushups...use wrist weights...geez..I could make a list a mile long here...but will It help you?....Hmm..I think thats up to you my dear
